“Sis” chair is one of the lightest chairs in the word (2.8 kg). Its mechanism is reminiscent of one of the earliest ideas in ancient Greek history about light and heavy concepts, which were considered to be intrinsic features of matter. Aristotle know lightness and heaviness as the tendency to maintain natural order. The all-wood structure and the hemp seat with the natural color of the “Sis” chair are an example of the idea that “we should remain faithful to nature.” At the annual Beirut Design and Art Fair, the unique feature of “Sis” attracted the attention of experts and audiences and aroused everyone’s admiration. “Sis” chair is warm and pleasant, sturdy and firm, and made by heart and soul.
